As a real estate broker we understand the value of real estate agents. Although we are a broker we don’t market our communities. Our philosophy is to find the best agents for each particular community or builder group. We have worked with many of the real estate firms in the area over the years in either buying land, marketing communities or selling homes in our communities. The bottom line on every project is to make a profit and we feel we do that as well as anyone. Although every project has its risks, as a seasoned developer we have the experience to help minimize those risks.
